INTRODUCTION

This contract is awarded to multiple vendors to supply various multimedia products to UCF and any public entity that desire to use this contract. There are two elements of award:

• Specific Multimedia Products Per Manufacturer: Vendors were awarded Lots with specifically identified mfg's items and prices. Pertinent information of these awards, to include the vendor rankings per award can be viewed on the "Multimedia Equipment Summary of Awarded Lots"
- Vendors' bids for each manufacturer can be viewed on the "Multimedia Final Award Tabulation"

• Percentage Discount Off Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price:
  Vendors were requested to submit bids identifying discounts off MSRP for those items not specifically listed on the ITB. As technology changes, items will be discontinued, and there will be new items coming on the market. The ITB could not possibly cover all present and future items but the MSRP discounts will bridge the gap. The discounts will be used to reduce the cost of any and all existing products not listed specifically as well as new products added to the manufacturers' product line during the life of the agreement
